My name is Jen and I am committed to providing counselling therapy in Potters Bar, in an honest, supportive, confidential and non-judgmental way within a safe environment with the aim of enabling you to enhance and live your life to the full.

As a counselling therapist I have experience helping clients who are going through difficult phases in their life or have ongoing problems and concerns in the following areas:
